Black fruit, ripe cherry, and a jammy fruit compote notes, a palate of leather, a toastiness from cedar and ripe fruit tannins that finish with a subtle chewy character.

Dried floral aromas and concentrated black current with an all spice transition to a ripe cherry with a nice BBQ char flavor on the palate. Cedar and a blackberry flavor linger on the finish. 

Lemon meringue, passionfruit, honeysuckle, and jasmine notes. A citrus palate with fruit, hints of gooseberry, and honeydew with a clean finish.
