HOW TO ORDER
Browse through the site until
you find the product you want to purchase. Go to that item page
and enter the quantity of the items you want, select the color
(if applicable), the size (if applicable), and then click 'Add
Item to Shopping Cart'. After a few moments you will see the
Shopping Cart page, displaying the item you just added, as well
as any other items in your cart. If you want to purchase other
products, click on 'Continue Shopping'. If you are ready to make
your purchase, click on 'Go to Checkout'.

Login:
If you are a new user, you will be asked to enter your email
address and create a password for future Log In. When you return
to Order again, you can simply enter your email address and
password and all of your shipping and billing information will be
filled in for you.
Shipping Address:
Once in the Checkout, you will enter your Shipping Address and
indicate if there is the same address as your Billing Address.
Checking this selection will automatically fill in your
Billing Information. Our Checkout allows you to enter and
save Multiple Shipping Addresses. To enter additional addresses,
after you have entered your first address, click on 'Save/Add
Another Address', and continue entering addresses until you are
done. Each new address will appear in the left-hand column. When
you are finished entering addresses, click on the 'Continue
Checkout'.
We can only ship wine to the following US states: CA,
CO, IA, ID, IL, MO, NB, NM, OR, WA, WI.
None-wine orders may be shipped anywhere in the US.
Shipping Method:
If you have multiple Shipping Addresses you will select a
shipping destination for each item, and then a Shipping Method
for each destination.
If you only have a single Shipping Address, then you will be
asked to select a Shipping Method.
You may also change quantities of items on this page, and/or
remove an item.
A separate email address may be used for each order destination.
This is helpful for gift purchases. Changing this email address
will not affect you login email address.
Billing Information:
If you checked the box on the Shipping Address page which said
‘This address is the same as my Billing Address’, then you
billing information should already be filled in. If it is not,
then fill in your Billing Information exactly as it appears on
your credit card statement.
Enter you credit card payment information and click ‘Continue
Checkout’
Review and Submit Order:
On this page you will review your order details and have a
chance to make any changes by clicking on your browser’s
‘Back’ button. Once everything looks in order, click on
‘Submit Order’. This will send you order to us.
After your order has been submitted you will see a Thank You
page with your order number. If your order contains multiple
shipping addresses, then you will receive a separate order # for
each destination. Print out a copy of this page for your own
records.
