Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION We can only ship wine to the following US states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, ME, MI, MO, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY. ALL WINE ORDERS MUST BE RECIEVED AND SIGNED BY AN ADULT 21 OR OLDER. Shipping Methods: We offer two shipping methods: UPS Ground and UPS 2-Day Air Saver. Delivery times for these methods are as follows: UPS Ground, 3 – 7 business days. UPS 2-Day Air Saver, 2 business days NOTE: Orders may take up to two days to process before shipping. If you require faster delivery, please notify us by phone or email; 877- 627-9445, info@maryhillwinery.com. Shipping Rates: Due to fluctuations in UPS rates the shipping charges on your invoice are an approximation only. There may be an adjustment necessary based upon actual UPS charges. Also, a fee for UPS required packaging will be seen on your invoice . Shipping wine in extreme temperatures*: During the month of January, February, June, July, August and December; we prefer to ship wines traveling longer than 1-2 days only on Mondays to avoid wines sitting in an uncontrolled climate over the weekend. *If you do not wish to wait for moderate temperatures and have your wines shipped immediately, Maryhill Winery accepts no responsibillity to wines damaged by extreme temperatures.

 

Return Policy

OUR GUARANTEE:  We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your order or we will exchange your product or refund your purchase within 30 days of your order. If your product is damaged in shipping, please file a claim with the shipping company. REFUNDS:  For refunds or replacement bottles, the return of spoiled or off condition wines is required. Should you be the rare recipient of an off condition wine please do not dispose of the wine, recork it and call us at 877-627-9445 ext "0" so that we can arrange for a replacement.
