If you or your business is planning to host a special event whether it’s a meeting, holiday dinner, birthday celebration, retirement party, shower or rehearsal dinner,* Maryhill at the Hollywood Schoolhouse would love the opportunity to host you! Our culinary team is eager to offer a wide variety of menu packages as well as a la carte items to select for your event. We also welcome the opportunity to create custom menus for our clients. Let our hospitality team create a memorable experience for you and your guests at our Maryhill Woodinville location, we offer three unique rental spaces for your next Corporate or Private Event.
*Please note we currently do not host wedding ceremonies at this location.
Library Room
Rental Details: Don’t rent an ordinary meeting room at a hotel. Our Library Room is ideal for conferences, lectures, presentations or private luncheons and dinners.
Occupancy: 12 seated and up to 15 cocktail style.
Size of Space: 315 sq. ft.
Features & Amenities: The Library Room has been completely renovated with updated hardwood floors, blackout blinds, new light fixtures and new paint. There is even a beautiful mural of our Winery in Goldendale. An antique bar is available for beverage service or a place to display your food for your event needs. We have central AC for the space and a small wall heater to help heat the room during the colder months. This room can be structured into individual tables (4 total) or one big conference table (as seen in picture).
Second Floor - Club Lounge
Rental Details: The second floor of the Hollywood Schoolhouse has endless opportunities for your next event. We can host Company Meetings, Holiday Parties, Private Luncheons, Fundraisers, Rehearsal Dinners, Networking Workshops, or Cocktail/Social Style Receptions. You name it, we’ve done it! This floor also includes two balconies located on the south and north side of the building. Enjoy a sunny afternoon on our patio with breath taking views of Mt. Rainier and a glass of Maryhill wine in hand.
Occupancy: 75 people comfortably but can hold up to 125 total guests. Each balcony can host up to 25 guests individually.
Size of Space: 4,000 sq. ft.
Features & Amenities: The Club Lounge has been updated with fresh paint, blinds, new furniture and new light fixtures. Included in the space are bistro tables, including conversation sectionals for a social lounge experience. The second floor of the Hollywood Schoolhouse can be set up for a formal occasion or a casual social hour. We have enough seating as is for 70 but can accommodate formal dinners up to 65. The best use of the space Is to host your next networking event for up to 125 total guests. There are two bars available for beverage service or for your banquet needs. We have central AC and heater for the space.
Entire Property
Rental Details: The Hollywood Schoolhouse is a historic and iconic venue space in the Woodinville area. Maryhill will honor this tradition and continue to offer venue rentals for your next Corporate or Private Event. The options are limitless with almost 10,000 sq. ft. and two decks, one on each side of the building on the second floor, not including the outdoor space options this property has to offer. Maryhill offers you the opportunity to host your next event in this state historical monument in the Hollywood School District.
Occupancy: 350 people comfortably but can hold up to 450.
Size of Space: 9,857 sq. ft.
Features & Amenities: The Hollywood Schoolhouse has been completely renovated with a fresh paint and two-tone walls, new blinds, new light fixtures and furniture including the original hardwood floors dating back to 1977. At the entry way you are greeted with the story behind Maryhill Winery and a map of Washington with our vineyards and tasting room locations noted. We have 50 ft. of bar space including a beautiful antique bar for beverage service. There is central AC and heat for the whole building. This property has endless possibilities with two floors, and two decks, plus plenty of seating for up to 185 as is. Additional seating can be added.
