The most well-known of sparkling wines, our Blanc de Blancs captures hints of green apple and brioche, balanced out by a cool, crisp finish.

Cocoa, cherry, and plum aromas meld into a hint of bell pepper and hibiscus notes on the nose. A tea and tobacco palate are formed with dense tannins that has a developing finish.

Dark fruit notes, with black tea and a hint of earthy granite aromas. Silky tannins develop in to a juicy mid palate that has chocolate and a chewy warm finish. 

Strawberries, cherries, rhubarb, and a hint of cardamom. Toasty oak, a hint of marshmallow and a lushness that leads to a smooth finish.
