Maryhill Winery Goldendale February Wine Pairing Dinner

A memorable dining experience.

Join owners Craig and Vicki Leuthold as they take the opportunity to welcome and feature our new Executive Chef at the Goldendale Tasting Room and Bistro, Eric Laslow.

As the former Chef/Owner of Laslow’s Broadway Bistro, Laslow’s Northwest, and Malanga Cocina Cubana in Portland, OR and Corridor 44, a Champagne Bar in Denver’s Larimer Square area, Chef Laslow garnered regional and national acclaim before coming to Maryhill Winery. His flagship restaurant was named “Restaurant of The Year” by the Portland Oregonian and one of “America’s Best Restaurants “ by Gourmet Magazine. Corridor 44 was named in the “Top 25 Nightspots in The World” by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine, making Laslow a fixture in the vital food scene of the Pacific Northwest. 

Along with restaurant consulting, Chef Laslow has taken part in various food festivals as well as Guest Chef stints at the Trump Plaza and The James Beard House in NYC, while serving on the advisory board of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School. Intentionally stepping back from the high-end restaurant scene to focus on a smaller scale integrated approach to his culinary endeavors and interests, brought Laslow to the Columbia Gorge, and here to Maryhill Winery.

Chef Laslow has created an extraordinary menu and carefully curated Maryhill wine pairings with a focus on Rhone varietals for each course. This will be an intimate dining experience limited to 24 guests in the Club lounge, overlooking the Columbia River and surrounding vineyards with Craig and Vicki as your hosts. Chef Laslow will be on hand to share the intricacies and inspiration for the various food and wine pairings throughout the evening.

  • $125 per person includes Hors d'oeuvre & Sparkling Reception, five course dinner, wine pairing and gratuity
  • 5PM Hors d'oeuvres & Sparkling Reception
  • 6PM Guest seated and dinner begins
  • Limited to 24 guests, 4 ticket maximum per party
  • a 21+ event.
